Litter Training

I have a 7-10 week old kitten who refuses to use the litter box. She will go out of her way to not use it. She goes on the carpet and twice on the bed. Her litter mate has no problems using the litter box. Any suggestions on how to get her litter trained?

Hello and welcome to TCS. How many litter boxes do you have out for them. Make sure they're easy to find, and low enough for kitten to get into. Place her in the litter box after she eats, and after she wakes up from a nap. There's more tips in the article posted above.

Also ensure you are using an enzyme cleaner to clean wherever she has her accidents. You need to be sure the scent is completely gone, or she's likely to continue going in those spots.
