One of my foster litters was diagnosed with ringworm. They have been on oral medications and received a lime plus dip. Their spots are looking better. Question is...how much cleaning will be too little and/or too much? The shelter gave me a spray bottle of Accel to clean with. Is what I've read correct and everything in their area should be well sprayed? And anything soft might as well be thrown away as I'll never get it clean enough to use with other kittens?

I dont know much, but as I understand it, you must be much vigorous with cleaning and desinfection. Better overdo than too little. Be happy the fosterlings are better.

yes, clean a lot, never too much cleaning.

Keep the kittens in one room to keep the ringworms contained in one area, it'll be easier for you to clean up.
And dont forget to wash your hands often, you don't want to get them yourself!
