Kittens eat a lot because they are growing. Has he been wormed, if not that could be the reason for a big tummy.

Could be due to a couple of different reasons...

- Little bit of gas from its food, depending on what you are feeding it
- It is also quite normal when a kitten is transitioning from mother's milk to solid food to have a little potbelly as its system adjusts
- Parasites
- Genetic disorder
- Could be just hungry and growing

How is the kitten pooping? Is it pooping normally? Is the kitten active and playful? Is your kitten drinking well? The kitten also looks quite young, did it separate from the mom a bit soon due to whatever circumstances occurred? There are different options to help with a belly - Make sure you are giving it proper food and deworming.

I would definitely recommend going to a vet to get a proper look and assistance, it could be something completely innocent and normal but if you are concerned I would go for it. A vet can guide you about giving it proper doses on deworming as well, since he or she is quite tiny.

Super cute little kitten BTW :redheartpump: Good luck!
