Hello
I have a 21 wk old neutered kitten
Last night he ate was his normal self
This am he was sleeping in his clean littler box, not his talkative active self
He didn’t eat, or drink this am or even now this evening
While sleeping on the couch after I moved him out of the litter box he peed in his sleep
The urine was clear, no blood or foul smell hardly any odor at all
He remained sleepy even when at the vet
The vet said he didn’t have any obviously concerns on the physical exam
He did take urine and blood which I will be called with the results
At home again no eating or drinking sleepy can walk just doesn’t seem to want to
Another round of peeing himself sleeping in it when I moved him to clean it up
He is a 95% indoor cat
Only catcurrent with vaccines
Goes out in our backyard with his dog siblings occasionally
No exposure to chemicals
No toxic plants either
No trauma my partner was home all day said he was his normal active self yesterday
I’m very concerned I’ve google his symptoms and everything refers to older cats
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated
Thanks

It seems serious, whatever it is.
as you describe it, I suspect he is essentially comatose, and cant hold himself.

You were at the vet, good. Possibly a second visit at a second vet could help.

If he doenst want to eat or drink, you must give him, "forcefeed" with a little syringe or even a dropper.

Flavorless pedialyte is good. It contains some glucose sugar, so it in itself will keep him alive nourishmentswise.
Goats milk or kmr is another alternative.
Raw goats milk if you can get it.
