That the family cat "Silky" had to be euthanized. Now she's at the Rainbow Bridge.
Was the first time I had to deal with death, I was 14 years old then.

She was beautiful. So sad to know its been 50 years. I'm sure she's waiting to welcome you at the bridge one day.

Rest you gentle, Silky, dream you deep. Truly are your pawprints on someone's heart forever. All these years later, you are remembered with love.

Silky is still in your heart after half a century, love is stronger than time!
This is truly touching!

What is also touching is that you have a photo of her, someone took a photo of her, this means she was a true member of your family, if you think that 50 years ago there were few photos even of human family members.
She was loved indeed!

She lives on in memory and love. It shows that love is kept alive even after so many years. The bond you developed must be incredibly strong, that indeed, it follows us throughout our lives. RIP dear Silky!

Lost my best friend Cos Feb 26 and I miss him, and talk to him everyday. They are always in our hearts. She will will always be in yours. She's waiting for you. You'll see her again.
