Ah, @Natalie_ca    I am just thinking that your weather people over there are all into snow....or something....probably some person who misses skiing, cross country.

Unless your province is filming Ice Road Truckers, now, or an episode of Ice Pilots.....I wouldn't worry.

If you do see those trucks and planes.....stay indoors.

Oh, you are right.  But they still can....just later.   One year here near Toronto,  we had a mini heat wave week, and everything bloomed.....then the cold came back and the frost destroyed the blooms...so some of the fruit trees did not have fruit that year.

  They still had leaves. 

Okay, I know that is not a great story, either.....but my point is that it will, and has to, get better.

Yeah, even here, they have been saying that the winter has been similar to ones they had in the 1970's.  I remember those as a kid.   But now as an adult, I no longer want to shovel so much snow.  It is pretty, though, if you don't have to walk through it......lol.

I hope you guys don't get that angry, since I thought that Manitoba always had the most harshest winters.  I thought you guys are known for that.  Granted, you are in Spring now, so I can understand the anger, too.

like -25 degree celsius??.....Should you not try to convince @Natalie_ca   to move someplace warmer?  East Coast....nope.....West Coast...rain.....Toronto.....boring......(not Canada....at all)....Southern States, California,  Florida  in winter....snowbirds.   (I know....we can only dream....of the Lotto)

Nope. Not kidding. I took a video. About 10 minutes later it got worse. Could hardly see out the window!  And snow started to stay on the ground.  It looks like it has stopped now, at least for the time being.
