Its gone...

So I took one stray at 3 months old and got it vaccinated. It was fine after 3 days if anyone followed my posts before. Then after a week being fine it has gone to hiding and sneaking around.... later on he got his join damaged and after days and weeks of care it escaped. Cleaning lady did not close the door. I looked for 2 hours today with flashlight with no luck....

My daughter is very sad... not sure if we find it... or we ever take a stray... just didn't feel at all most of the time.

Cats are pretty territorial so the kitty should come back. Do you think the cleaning lady might have been mean to the kitty? Cats hardly ever just become dramatically less social for no reason. Hopefully the kitty will come home soon! If you leave something with the kitty's scent on it out in the yard, that can help him/her to find their way home.

I agree with Willowy that it is rather unusual for a cat to digress like that. Hopefully, it will return to the outside portion of your home in search of food.
