My almost two-year old cat just got spayed last Sunday and she's been wearing an e-collar ever since (I take it off when she's hungry/thirsty and watch her like a hawk while doing so). None of her brothers lick the incision, and she has always been a quite girl that isn't too jumpy/active.. She's been doing so well eating, drinking, using her litter box, and being affectionate as always. I just finished giving her prescribed antibiotics, and I was just wondering if her incision site looks OK in this picture for day 7 post-op.

Looks great! The lump is scar tissue that will go away with time. Look for any angry red areas around the incision and weeping. If she becomes lethargic, stops eating, or you notice a change in play or litterbox habits, then that's cause for concern and she needs to get to the vet.
