is this a sign of cat pregnancy?

i had plans to take her to get spayed but noticed this.

It could be. What else can you tell us? Is she outdoors? Escaped? Around other cats who could be unneutered males? Do you have any time frame such as when you think she might have become pregnant?

he last heat was feb 6. she normally isnt a outdoor cat but she escaped her last heat cycled. shes not spayed just yet.

We usually say, under those circumstances, that you should expect a pregnancy. If it did happen around 2/6, it is very early and the vet can still spay her without complications if you feel that is something you would consider.
