Is this a male cat thing?

Hi,a couple of months ago my male cat (fixed) started to leak some transparent liquid and a yellow “slime alike thing” and today he just peed in his litterbox and when he just jumped into my bed he left that liquid and yellow thing.

He is healthy and I’ve got an appointment this week but I wanna be sure it’s nothing weird.
Does anybody know what is that?

Sounds like a UTI to me, none of my male cats leak any fluid from that area at all. He may present as healthy but could still have some sort of infection. Great job at making an appointment, hopefully you'll get some answers.
