My cat has been off her dry food for two days now(will only eat wet) and acting like she is in pain when she chews. I checked her mouth today and noticed she has a lump. Does she have an infection?

I am not sure, though my cats have had a number of problems over the years mouth/tooth wise. I would definitely take her to the vet.
Looks like part of her lip unless im looking at the wrong thing. Send the image to your vet if unsure
Could be her markings but does she have acne on her chin?
I would definitely get her to the vet ASAP and figure out what it is and get a treatment plan going.
