Is this a cut or blister on kittens’ lip? (Pics)

Hello I was looking at my cats new adult teeth today because he just lost his baby teeth a few days ago. I noticed this on his lip, at first I thought cat acne because of the white bump. However, since it looks red and raw I started to think it looks like he might have cut himself somehow. It doesn’t seem to be bothering him at all, I don’t think I would have even noticed it at all if I wasn’t checking his teeth.
What do you think? Should I get him to a vet?

EDIT: I forgot to include in my original post that I also had thought the white part was something stuck or a bump but when I touched it, it just felt flat like a piece of skin.

Hi. It could be that his lower tooth is hitting that area of his upper gum line and causing irritation. It probably would not hurt to have a vet take a look at it. You could also try to send the pics to your vet so see what they say about the looks of it.

I agree with above, it isnt red so I'm not sure what it is but send the photo to your vet as suggested.

You were right!! I researched rodent/indulent ulcers more and became more convinced this is what it was. When i took him to the vet he confirmed! And it went away on its own! Thank you so much Flora!!
