She took for come collar off last night while I was sleeping and I think she licked herself and so I ended up putting on a Suitical suit I bought instead so it’s doing well of not coming off. It’s her 2nd day from having surgery also. She is 4 months.

Hi! The surgery was done yesterday?
I'm not a vet but the incision looks ok although pretty crusty, --unless that's actually the surgical glue?
You could send this photo in to your vet and just double-check with them as to what they think...

I think it looks okay. She was probably licking it to get the vet office smell off of her and to make that part smell like her again. Since she is so young, you can try cutting off the top of a men's tube sock and sliding the elastic part over her head and front legs and position it over the incision. After the initial licking, I've never had issues with my girls, but keep an eye on it. If it turns an angry red, opens up, or starts weeping any kind of liquid, that's cause for concern and she needs to see the vet right away.
