Can you get some photos in better lighting?
My first inclination is to say male, but, yeah, the lighting isn't great.

I think female. How old is the kitten? The vet can tell you for sure.
I still wanna say male. The crease kind of looks like a slit but the spacing is wide and the opening looks like a dot. When you get him in for his shots have the vet give a professional in-person opinion. And it'll be easier to tell in a few weeks, as his testicles will grow if he's male, and won't grow if she's female
