Is It Ok If His Collar Makes A Slight Indention In His Fur?

Agreed with the others. Make sure you can fit two fingers under the collar, then it's okay. My boys both have fur indentations from their collars. I have their collars off for a full 24 hours every few weeks just to give them a break, but that's not really necessary, just a preference. Collar marks are pretty common, especially at the shelter I volunteer at when a cat owned before. You can always tell which cats were previously owned because they have collar marks in their fur. It doesn't hurt them. It's like a part in human hair!

Those cats are gorgeous! (The black one looks sort of like a vampire about to suck blood from the kitty in front:lol::wink:)
Thank you! They both have collars on that make indents but Fury is so inky black that it blends right in (he was yawning). Rocket is the one in front, she had just sat on his tail and woke him up.
