Is it heat or pregnancy?

Hello. My cat was last on heat around the 10th of may. She was in contact with a male cat around 15th - 20th may. I have taken her to a vets on 20th of June and they done an ultrasound to confirm she is not pregnant. She is getting spayed at the end of this month. Now I’ve noticed her nipple are more out there and slightly pink. Could mean she’s about to come on heat again or possible pregnancy?

She would not be pregnant if she has not had contact with an intact male cat since the time you mentioned in May, especially as an ultrasound showed nothing.

These symptoms may hint early preg. If you think she become preg; perhaps by unnoticing sneaked out, or a tom sneaking in. You can still spay her. NOW not later. So try to get the spaying earlier...


But if you want kittens be sure she get a new check up before the operation, and cancel operation if preg.
