Cute pics!! They are all beauties. I love the one of Jack with his paw on Sophies face. It's like he does not want her in the pic!

What a beautiful lucky lucky girl!

That last lick of Jack and Sophie Ann belongs in a frame on the way.

Congratulations!
Kiri is just gorgeous.
That's quite a little trio you've got there, the bunch of beauties. Holland face-plant sleeps just like Jack, it's too funny.

Thanks everyone! It is so nice to have her here, she's a darling. I haven't been able to get many good pics because she won't stop moving for a second! She's going to be "that cat" that trips everyone constantly because she's forever twining around your ankles.

To be fair, I did struggle with the decision to adopt her because of her age. It's just very scary...their lives are so short to begin with, and I just lost my dog in May after nearly 13 years with her. So I had that moment of panic, thinking "That's 5 years gone already that you won't have with her, and you'll get attached and then you'll lose her that much sooner..." This is the first time that I've been able to overcome that. But you know how it is, they pick you, not the other way around, and it was undeniable. And I have to admit, while adopting always gives you that warm-fuzzy "hey, I helped!" feeling, it's even stronger this time.
