I went shopping today....that is a whole thread of its own!!!
Anyway, while I was in Pennington's (a clothing store) pulling stuff off of the racks to try on, "Oh Holy Night" came on over the PA system. It's my all time favourite Christmas Carol and I can't help but sing along whenever I hear it: Regardless of where I am!
So here I am in the middle of a department store singing what I thought was quietly. Apparently I wasn't quiet enough. The next thing I know I hear someone else near me singing along, and then someone else joined in, soon a clerk started, and then another clerk. By the time the song ended there was 7 of us singing "Oh Holy Night" at the top of our lungs, even the really hard notes to hit.
I can't say that any of us were good singers, but we all had fun! When the song stopped, we all shared smirks, a few blushes and a few laughs!
