I Am Worried About This Kitten: See Video

Hello,

I took in a pregnant momma cat who had 8 babies. They will be 7 weeks old Tuesday... there has always been a runt that we did supplemental feeding with but he was a fighter, first to climb the stairs, first to the bowl... instigating siblings. He stayed back from play a little bit but still fairly active. I am concerned about him and his breathing. His breathing is shallow and somewhat rapid. 20 breaths in 15 seconds
I have not taken to vet, and I am not sure I can afford to right now.

Any help is appreciated!

The breathing was always a little peculiar or is it recent?

If always Im thinking on some heart deficiency. But if so it must be confirmed by a good vet.
Whom also may advise how to proceed - ie if he can live on with this as long he may live a life of indoor home cat.

Or if it will get worse wirh time.
