Huricane Katrina?????

Hey guys, My DD ( she is 12yrs old and in Grade 7) is doing an assignment on a natural disaster/event and chose Huricane Katrina.

I was wondering if anyone here lived in NO for the huricane and would be willing to share their experience with my daughter.

I understand this is highly personal, and extremely emotional. We would appreciate hearing from anyone who wants to share....whether you lived there, took part in the emerg efforts, had family there, etc. if you are willing to.

LMAO. If my daughter could speak cat, I sure would be in trouble. My cat knows things that my daughter should not.
