i see this feral cat on my commute. he sneezes so he might be unwell. someone is feeding him kibble but the area is covered with flies and the wild chickens are eating his food. i tried to give him canned cat food but he just takes a few bites and no more. i heard he won't go into a trap but not sure if the carer tried hard enough. i want to help him but don't want to overstress him also. how can i help him?

Depending where you are located, look for Feral Cat Coalition or Alley Cat Allies. They may help with a trap and getting an exam.

How are things? Have you been able to find someone to help, or did you decide to try borrowing a trap and trapping it on your own?
