How often/how much can I give gizzard as treat

My cats eat wet food but I wanted to let them have some chicken gizzards for dental health and just variety for treat. How much can I give them/how often? Is 1 gizzard a week ok or can I give it more often or less often? Thanks!

I offer raw dental treats 2-3 times a week, but I’d start with once a week and slowly work to 2 if you’d like to.
