Hello There,
Three days before my cat fell down from 10th floor to 1st floor.I took him to the vet and vet advised me to leave the cat alone it'll heal naturally. He provided three injections I've completed those three.
Is there any faster way to heal his bone?
Any particular food or any kind of Extra care

Confinement and rest are the best options. The less movement your cat has the cleaner the break will heal because the parts won't move as much. If you can contain your cat to a small room that or even a kennel for a week or two that can actually be very helpful for the leg. My cat broke his leg years ago, then rebroke it again a few months later. With the second time my vet just splinted it and he was in a kennel just big enough for him to lay down with a litter box food and water. And that's with a cat specialist vet in the US and after major surgery to install a rod in it the first time (which was removed after the second break). Rest for up to 4 weeks to give the bone time to stabilize before encouraging light activity again.

As for food, if you have leftover bones from meals or can buy some bones from a local source. Put the bones in a large pot of water, bring the water to a boil then reduce the heat to low so it just simmers for a 10-12 hours (if you have a crock pot on low for half a day) to make a bone broth. If you have apple cider vinegar add two tablespoons to the water but if you don't have it it's fine. Leaving some meat on the bone and cartilage is fine as well. Strain the liquid after 12 hours and let cool. The bone broth will contain a good amount of collegen which can help bones. If you can, freeze it into cubes and defrost as needed to make it last longer. It's also good for humans so you can use it in place of water in recipes but it will add some flavor and if you eat meat yourself.

AH. Different situation then. Keep him as quiet as possible. DO NOT let him out at all. He's going to be very sore, so be careful when you have to handle him. There are cat foods in the USA that promote joint and bone health, usually marketed as for older cats. See if you can find that, and yes, bone broth is wonderful and will certainly help.

Given that he's likely suffered a fracture or break, it may be wise to enforce him living in the small space for at least two to ideally four weeks. Personally, I'd suggest closer to six, if possible, given that he's not got a cast or splint on to immobilise his leg.
