Hooray for Fort Worth's (TX) Animal Control Dept.

In April of this year, Fort Worth Animal Control started placing adoptable cats & dogs at a local PetsMart on the southwest side of the city. Since that time, there has not been one adoptable animal euthanized!

In fact, it's been such a success that they are talking of opening another adoption center on the north side of town.

This is such WONDERFUL news!!!

We are supposed to be getting a Petsmart here within the next couple of years. The nearest one is in Fredericton, a little over an hour away and I LOVE it. 2 of my former fosters went to an adoptathon there and were both adopted!
