Hi there, someone know what happen to my cat, i should worry?

Noa has been castrate 1 month ago, after the operation he get an edema then we get back to the vet for fix it,
and now after a month it looks like that: the texture is hard and seems like a crust...
i should worry? Many thanks x

Good afternoon, if I were you, I would still better go to the veterinarian, after various operations, the cats all healed and there were no similar symptoms, good luck to you

If nothing else, contact the Vet and perhaps send them this picture. In my mind, it should NOT be this way.
