I don’t normally check my cat oscars fav hide spot, but i went up to pet him and relized these things ALL over his blanket up there! What is it?

Flea eggs maybe most likely
Hi! Have you had him in for a veterinary checkup? Your vet could recommend flea treatments, or whatever might be appropriate - not all the brands sold over the counter are safe for cats.

I would be getting that blanket and dropping into a bucket of boiling water.
Those are eggs of some sort. Possibly flea, possibly tape worm. Regardless, take him in and have them determine what you are dealing with, and get rid of it appropriately! And yes, drop that blanket in boiling water!
Tape worm eggs..good call, never thought of it.
