Yes, there is something wrong. You need to get to the ER vet or to the vet first thing in the morning.

It looks like she's been bitten by another cat and now has an infected abscess. She will need to see a vet to get the wound cleaned and to get antibiotics. Please don't wait, these kind of wounds can lead to blood poisoning and be life threatening if left untreated.
