My cat tends to like to lick everything so she worries me a lot ! While I was applying my phyto retinol serum she licked the lid for a second. I have read online that retinoids can be toxic for cats - however this is a phyto-retinol so it does not actually contain retinol in it - will my cat be okay?

thanks! I attached the serum plus the ingredients I found online

The only way to be sure is to look up each of those ingredients, as "Is (X) toxic to cats." I could not find anything specific to phyto-retinol. I think, although I am not sure, that she got so little of it that she will be fine. And that said, watch for changes in eating/drinking habits, changes in litter habits, changes in energy levels (wildly energetic zoomies or lethargy), and signs of pain ("meatloafing," etc). If you notice any of these, get her to your vet on an emegency basis.
