HELP! Kitty pooping issues since spay

Hello! I know this post is from a few years ago but I was wondering if you ever got answers! I am experiencing the same thing with our kitten. She is pooping solid but runs around franticly like she is scared or in pain. She is urinating in box. We have her on composure treats and pain meds and it's still not working! Any advise is appreciated!
