Help! A black/greenish spot has appeared on my cats penis!

Hi everyone.
I'm concerned for my 4 year old cats health.
He is a not de- sexed and as he was grooming today I noticed he penis was slightly bigger and there was a black to greenish spot/area covering the side of his penis.
Does anyone one know what this could be?

He has been recovering from a bite on his tail and has has a cone on for a few days which has been inhibiting more regular grooming. Could it be from being dirty?

Any help would be greatly apprecited so I can think about the next steps for Bibbi

Hi there. It could just be from dirt, but given Bibbi's age, the fact that his penis is larger than normal, and he is not neutered, I would err on the side of caution and have a vet take a look. You could try cleaning the area as a starting point - just warm water and a soft cloth.
