Sounds like me after I'm given something with epinephrine in it. (well, I don't vomit but it's been close)

Just a suggestion, since you're already very stressed and your body will be pumping out extra adrenaline - you may want to have them try locals without epinephrine. It could make that anxious feeling you have a bit worse.
