I just got back from dinner number 3 of 4....Last one is tomorrow at my Mom's.
I made the dessert for tonight's dinner and it was a big hit. I'm glad it turned out because I just sort of concocted it with a few recipes on hand. I made a brownie bottomed, no bake cheesecake with raspberry preserve on top.

Yes, everyone said it was really good. If I make it again, I'll have a few tweaks to do, but that's just because I'm a bit of a perfectionist with my baking.
