Found out I have lupus on Monday.I was hurting and began becoming fatigued at times.Seen my doctor last week and she knew it was lupus.Wanted a second opinion seeing a specialist which I did see.It has been ok with me on it so far, and does run in my mom's side of the family.I am on medication for it and learning to keep it under control.My mom also has it and she has been keeping it under control for a long time.Told my son and he took it good

I'm so sorry to hear that. Hopefully you will be able to keep it under control like your mother does.

I'm sorry too but having a knowledgeable rheumatologist who you trust is key. Since there are three types of Lupus which one did the doctor say you were you diagnosed with? I'm glad you have started treating your Lupus and want to keep it under control.
I'm sorry about the lupus. You are familiar with it, though, and know what you're doing. I wish you well.
