Found A Lost Cat That Looks Similiar To A Kitten I Had

So a few days ago i saw a cat that was in the street.I feed my cats and i also let them stay in the garden and go out.I feed them outside the house and i saw that this gray cat was coming there.I mean she is still a kitten but not that small.The thing is that like 5 months ago one of my cats made some kittens,one of them was gray.I adopted the three of them and now im worried that this gray cat that i found is the one that was before.I don't think she remembered the home but still they look very similiar.One thing that the kitten that i adopted had was a small part near one paw that wasnt gray but was orange.The cat that i just found didnt have that orange part and i was wondering is it possible for the orange part on her paw to dissapear with time.
