Yay!!! I finally finished up all 4 courses in cake decorating! I started in mid-March I believe and should have finished in July but I missed 2 classes of the 2nd course and had to retake it. Just finished that up tonight!

I haven't been decorating any cakes! LOL Tonight was my final class and I didn't bother to take a cake to decorate. I just practiced different flowers, or rather tried to. The room was so warm that my icing was melting and wouldn't hold it's shape. This weekend I want to make a cake though, and decorate it all pretty to take to work on Monday.
The rest of this week is going to be spent working on my French stuff.
