Feral Has a Runny Nose

I've noticed one of the ferals I feed has a little bit of a runny nose. She doesn't seem sick...healthy appetite. Is there anything I can buy to sprinkle on her food that might help with a little cold?
Please don't suggest trying to catch her and take her to a vet.

Lots of cats have Herpes which manifests in upper respiratory symptoms. Runny nose, runny eyes, sneezing.
I sprinkle L-Lysine on my cat's food when it flares up. Its an inexpensive supplement for immune support that comes in capsules. You dont have to buy a special feline formulation, just get the human supplement.
