Let’s hope what came out of his nose was it. Did he choke or cough at all? If so, he may have aspirated.

If he begins sounding crackly when he breathes he definitely aspirated milk and is getting pneumonia. It can be fatal very quickly in small kittens, so your best bet is to ask a vet for a prescription for clavamox suspension that you can begin giving now if you suspect he may have aspirated or to have on hand regardless. I would not wait.

Then, you need to make sure the hole in the nipple is not so big that this happens again. You may need new nipples. Be sure to feed tummy down with head up at all times.

No, he just continued eating as if nothing happened. The only difference was that milk bubbles appeared a few times when breathing through his nose. Thank you for the quick response. :)
