Feral Cat Check Up

Hi. I have a feral/stray cat below my office who really likes to follow me and my colleagues around and i started feeding dry cat food to it. Nowadays, i feel like the sound it's meow-ing is getting softer...maybe its just me? It was probably my fault for feeding it dry food (which is the most easy food souce to give) and it wasn't drinking the water i gave lol.... Should i bring it to a vet to check? This cat is starting to grow on me but i can't bring it home, but i can give it a health check if possible and maybe get it vaccinated from diseases...

it would be best to do that. get it fixed and the required vaccines. Also check to see if Feline Leukemia neg-then give that vaccine. distemper too-which is all the upper respiratory shots in one shot- it cuts down on nasty illnesses down the road. dry food is fine but if you can feed wet once a day would be good-keeps the colon working better and fluid intact would be higher-never have too much fluids for these kitties.
