Thank you. Cheetah is/ was many generations feral. She is not good motivated and stressed easily. She won’t get used to anything. It’s just who she is.
Re microchip, if they get out, they are dead. I am extremely careful they don’t get out.
I live in the mountains. We have coyotes out during the day. There are packs of domestic dogs that roam, as well as packs of true wild dogs that are around, but hardly seen. There are bobcats, mountain lions, hawks, owls, foxes, raccoons, rattlesnakes, scorpions, black widows, very tough in-neutered Tom cats, usually only see them for a week or so. There is no way either would survive. And if they did, there are no people around to find them, if they let themselves be found. Cheetah wouldn’t, Omypaw might. When I take them to the vet, they wear their collars and have tags that say reward on one side and my number on the other.
