I guess the antibiotics was what she really needed. She rallied hard yesterday, and decided that she was done eating pure A/D. She wanted her old food back. She finished all three plates last night and got herself back within spitting distance of her target calories for the day. Now that she's back on her old food (I thought that would be a lot harder than it was), she should have no problem getting back to her target calories--if this rally holds. 
She's basically back to old behaviors. But she's been knocked down, and taking a bit longer to get back up. I will wait for Sunday's weigh-in to see how much weight she's lost to this stupid endo and its not-so-straightforward recovery.
