No, they are definitely not old enough to go outside. In fact, they need to stay 100% indoors only until they are spayed and neutered and vaccinated, Even then, it is not recommended that they go outside until they are 9 months old. Small kittens are prey for predators and also easily get lost.

Have they tried soft foods yet or are they still nursing mom only?

Will mom be getting spayed soon?
