I've noticed that my 3 yr old male has started leaving 3-7 nibbles behind at each feeding.. He doesn't like the food if it's wet & I was just wondering if it's alright to leave the nibbles till his next feeding (3-4 hrs) or should I throw them away when he's done eating?

By nibbles do you mean pieces of kibble? If so, its perfectly fine to leave out until his next meal.
