Don't Know What I Should Do

I found a stray last week on Thursday. We've been trying to nurse her back to health. We had blood tested to see what she has and got some bad news

Calici virus
Chlamydophila
Mycoplasma felis

My issue is that I have 2 cats already and from what I was told, Calici virus is very contagious.

They are separated but it's too big of a risk to take and I really don't know what I should do

Where are you located? A rescue can have someone foster the mother cat and her kittens.
