I'm sorry your dog has an ear infection.  I'm not sure what is going on with Whiskers, however.  Could you please give us some information?

I cleaned my dogs ear with some meds I think it is gone I caught it
At the right time as for my cat her whole stomach is bare now she scratches me every time I try to touch her stomach to look for something serious.

Are you saying that Whiskers is losing hair on her stomach?  Perhaps you should take her to the vet to have it checked out.  Do you have any pictures?

BTW:  It's not surprising that she scratches you when you try to touch her on the stomach - a lot of cats react that way when someone touches their stomachs.

My dog has not been eating but it looks like Whiskers is growing back some fur when we gave her the medicine

What medicine are you giving? For infection, fleas, or mange? Whiskers may have had an allergic reaction to something and lost the hair. Fleas or mange will cause hair loss too. Do you know the reason?

It must be a huge relief to see the fur starting to grow back.

Like Di and Bob ask, I am wondering about the cause and if it might be allergy related: have you changed the food as well as giving medication?

Oh my goodness, I am so sorry to hear that you lost both your cat and dog so close together.

I hope that your new arrivals are both fit and well, and that they learn quickly how to play and live together safely.
