I just got both my acts spayed 2-3 days ago, and my one cat is acting back to herself and almost completely normal, but my other cat is still in some discomfort and her behavior has changed as he is hiding out and barely seen when she is usually always following me around and under me. She has been eating and drinking some water, but her incision looks a little different from my other cats I’m worried. Does this look infected? I’ve been trying my best to keep her from licking it but she just won’t quit. I don’t know what to do, and I’m so worried about her.

No, that does not at all look infected to me. In fact, it appears to be healing quite nicely. If she doesn't perk back up in the next few days I would call the vet and possibly take her in. You're a good custodian to be worried about her and to have gotten her spayed.
