Diy Suggestion For A Door Sweep

Have a sick foster kitten with URI. He is in our bathroom but there is a pretty big gap at the door and he has already sneezed near the door. (He had blood in his sneezes at one point, so saw a splatter near the door.)
I worry about my residents trying to sniff the kitten through the door and breathing in the germs. Wondering how to make a blocker for the door to prevent this. Anyone else dealt with this scenario?

You could try rolling a towel and wedging in under the door or maybe fixing a draft excluder to the bottom of the door, the ones that have brush like attachments. How big is the gap between the door bottom and the floor?
