I had 6 cats wandering around in my yard, 4of which were 2 month old kittens. About 4 days ago, one of the kittens looked sick and the day after it disappeared. Is it possible that it died? If so, what would the other cats do with it? I can't find it anywhere

Sorry, yes, it sounds like it probably died. Or maybe was taken prey by another animal. 
Is there any way you can help the other 5 cats. Particularly the kittens. They may still be able to be socialized and adopted out.
And the adult cats (and kittens when they're older) need to be spayed/neutered asap, or you'll be overrun with cats in no time.
