For reference this is my cat Woozi, she is about 1 year and 9 months old. She got spayed recently on the 31st and has been healing fine until now. She still acts normal but when I went to check her belly, I noticed the area looked a little split and it still looks swollen although it’s been a week. Her spay procedure was done with laser and she has internal stitches.

We are going to send a photo of her incision to the vet tomorrow morning as they are closed right now.

It doesn't look completely open. It looks like she had glue to close the incision rather than stitches or sutures. She may also have dissoluble internal stitches. Watch for weeping of any kind of liquid or for the incision to become very red and angry looking. Also watch her for lethargy and any change in eating, play, or litter box habits.
