Hello there. I should start by saying I have never owned a female cat. Today I took my cat in to get spayed and as I'm checking her incision site it looks a bit off to me. To me it looks slightly open with fuzz coming from it. I know it's only day one. And I'm happy my cat seems to be doing great. She ate half her amount of food when I was instructed and in confined to my bathroom even though she hates it. But should I be worried this early on about her incision site ?

It looks fine to me. It will look different each day as it heals. Keep a watch out for any redness, weeping or swelling and if you think something is wrong you can send a photo to your vet. I can't see any stitches so I presume your vet sealed the wound with glue which is common practice.

Agree with above. And if the incision was sealed with glue, that could be the fuzzy stuff you mentioned.
