I can't live without a watch. Mine is a man's Casio with day and date.
I also have my dad's watch which were all the rage 50 years ago with thick leather straps. It's a wind up and still works.

I have four watches. One is a 10k gold small wrist watch that I only wear for dress up, church, weddings, funerals, etc. I have one that is silver and gold tone, two that are silver, rose and gold tone. I wear these three as casual wear and whenever I go out I always have one on. I would never think to look at my phone to see the time. I use my watch for that. Since these three are multi colored, they match with gold or silver earrings and jewelry. I used to wear only white gold or yellow gold, but now I mix it.
